• Optional display details like a profile photo or short bio

b. Message Content:

• Text, audio, or video messages you create, upload, or schedule
• Recipient names, emails, or unique identifiers
• Delivery conditions (triggered by token, time, or event)

c. Usage Data:

• Browser and device information
• IP address and location approximation
• Page interactions, access times, and session activity

d. Third-Party Integrations:

If you connect LastMsg to services like Google Drive or Dropbox, we only access the minimum data needed to support the connection — never more than what you authorize.

3. How We Use Information

• To store and deliver your messages securely
• To authenticate access to sealed messages
• To improve platform functionality and performance
• To prevent abuse, fraud, or unauthorized access
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell your data. We do not rent it. We do not monetize it.

4. Security

Encryption: All messages are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest using AES-256.

Separation of Systems: Message vaults are stored independently from account data.

Hash Signatures: Once sealed, a message receives a digital signature confirming authenticity.

Zero Trust: No employee or system admin can access sealed content without explicit permissions and valid token logic.

5. Token Access

Some messages require a physical or digital token to access. These tokens serve as encryption keys and cannot be replaced if lost. We do not store raw token values — only hashed representations.

6. Data Retention

We retain account data only as long as necessary to fulfill message delivery and meet legal requirements. You may request full deletion at any time. Sealed messages remain stored only if they are pending future delivery.

7. Your Rights

• Access: You can request a copy of your stored data
• Correction: You can update your email or contact details at any time
• Deletion: You may request permanent deletion of your account and content
• Control: You may revoke third-party access or token connections

8. Children

LastMsg is not designed for users under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your region). We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. International Users

By using LastMsg, you consent to the processing and storage of your information in the United States, even if you reside in another country.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, the effective date at the top of this page will change. If major changes are made, we will notify users by email or platform banner.
