LastMsg exists to preserve and deliver messages of significance — text, audio, or video — with integrity, fidelity, and ritual.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform. By using LastMsg, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for your account credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate access if security is compromised.

4. Messages & Content

You retain full rights to your content. By using LastMsg, you grant us permission to store and deliver it according to your defined settings. You may not upload harmful or illegal content.

5. Tokens & Access

Tokens control access to sealed messages. They are non-refundable, non-transferable, and unrecoverable if lost or compromised.

6. Payments

Some features may require payment. All billing is handled by third-party providers. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Data & Privacy

Your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using LastMsg, you consent to our data practices.

8. Availability & Updates

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may evolve over time. Early access tools may change without notice.

9. Disclaimers

LastMsg is provided "as is." We disclaim warranties of fitness or guarantee of delivery under force majeure or user error.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to hold LastMsg harmless from any claims related to your use of the service or breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware. Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use means you accept the current version.
